Two Success for All Phonics texts have been sent home with your child: A Trip on the Tram and Jazz in the Sun. Please listen to your child read from both of these texts a minimum of three times during the week and log all reading on Boom Reader. This week we have learnt the digraphs zz, qu and ch and the red words his, be, me.

Doodle Maths - complete 30 minutes

An email has been sent to all parents with a rota for the Three-Minute Talk. If you did not receive the email, please let your child's teacher know and we'll make sure you get a copy.

Homework- reading of the 'we read' book. No new Success for All phonics book this week but you can log onto the parent portal to access the additional readers chosing the pink books.

Doodle maths- complete the set challenges and aim to do a total of 30 minutes.

Homework- This week we both Reception classes were so high up the Doodle maths school chart with 78% of Zephaniah and 70% of Shihab Nye class in the green zone. With a couple more children being in the green zone by the end of next week, I think we could be top and win the Maths Mammoth for the week which would be a Reception first!

Read at least 3 times week the book 'Jim and the Vet'.

If your child has words in the nativity, they are in their bags today. Please help them to learn them. Costume requests will be with you early next week.

Read The Big Red Bus at least times and log on Boom reader. Complete total of 30 minutes on Doodle Maths.
